Kelly Sunartha is a Senior Yoga Teacher who has trained in multiple styles of yoga and studied with many well-recognised teachers, both nationally and internationally over the last 20 years.
Drawing on both Eastern and Western traditions of yoga, her own practice tends towards the slower and more mindful styles of Yin/Restorative and Hatha/Vinyasa yoga, with her teaching embodying yoga as a holistic system for wellbeing and self-transformation.

Align/Hatha These uplifting, general-level Hatha classes build vitality and self-awareness.
Yoga Flow – A refreshing, fluid class, combining movement & breath in a dynamic, free-flowing style of practice.
Slow Flow – Ease into a slow, gentle flowing sequence that cultivates mindful awareness, and wind down with restorative postures to leave you feeling nurtured, restored and renewed.
Yin/Restore – Recharge your batteries and deeply rest in postures, supported by bolsters, blankets and other props.
Prenatal – Nurturing prenatal classes help to relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy and teach breathing techniques & meditations for calming the mind in preparation for childbirth. Recommended from 12-weeks onward.
